AMRAP 20:

50 Wallballs (20/14)

50 Double-Unders

40 Box Jumps (24/20)

40 Toes-to-Bar

30 Chest-to-Bar Pull-Ups

30 Burpees

20 Cleans (125/90)

20 Jerks (125/90)

10 Snatches (125/90)

10 Muscle-Ups (Skip if you can’t MUP)

*Goal: Into the Jerks or more*

 

Skill

work up to a heavy set of 5 Back Squats

    266 reps, got through 6 of the jerks. 55#, since I knew I couldn’t snatch more, then never got there anyway. 14# WB, lat jumps, ring rows, mod TTB on floor, short box jumps, I guess pretty much mod everything except burpees! and it still was awful, LOL
