used 75# for PC and got through 10 reps. mod the pistols to a ball and 2 plates. Got a long time coming PR on squat clean, last time I got 100# was April of 2014. Have not been able to get past 95 since. got 105 today, even with a jacked shoulder

No PR on snatch but more than I have done in a long time and shoulder hurting. 55#, almost 60 but not quite good enough. WOD 9:42 with mass mods: 45# push jerk was all I could handle. TTB on floor.
