Even Minutes – “Goat” #2

“Goat” – CrossFit slang for a movement we have difficulty with.

Examples: Double-Unders, prescription Ring Dips, price Overhead Squats.

Choose two “Goats” to work on today. Coaches will have great suggestions in class.

    Even dubs/ odd Mups & bar Mups, couldn’t transition on the ring Mups but nailed 6 bar Mups when I haven’t been to get any rx before
