1on1 introductory sessions with a coach easing you into the new movements one step at a time. In these beginner sessions we also assess your physical and nutritional goals to get you started on your fitness journey.
CrossFit is a strength and conditioning program that is constantly varied, functional movements at high intensity scaled to fit everyone’s needs. Each day the workout will test a different part of your functional strength or conditioning, not specializing in one particular thing, but rather with the goal of building a body that’s capable of practically anything and everything.
CrossFit Kids is an exciting and fun way for kids to exercise and learn healthy lifestyle habits. We will focus on good movement, having fun, teamwork, and confidence building. This is NOT just weightlifting for kids. The program will be based primarily on running, drills, games, bodyweight exercises, tumbling, etc.
Our personal training program provides an individualized approach to your training. It will be a customized training program just for you and your current fitness abilities. You will work 1 on 1 with a coach to reach your fitness goals.
