Our CrossFit classes are group-based and consist of constantly varied, functional movements done at high intensity.
We realize that everyone has different needs and desires different results out of their Workout of the Day (WOD). Our WODs are highly scaleable and modified to each athlete’s level and performed at the highest intensity the individual can sustain with good form and proper technique. All classes consist of a group warm up and in depth workout demonstration.
New to CrossFit?
If you have never done CrossFit before, you will participate in our Foundations Program or, if you choose, participate in Personal Training sessions until both athlete and coach feel comfortable enough to start our Sport Programming.
