Meet our Athlete of the Month!
Introducing our Athlete of the Month, Lina Wright! This month, we shine the spotlight on Lina Wright, a dynamo of energy and encouragement in our early morning sessions. Those of us who know Lina, know all about her swift and strong movements in the gym but also admire her for her profound impact beyond it.
Lina embodies what it means to be a seasoned athlete; her workouts are a masterclass in speed and strength. Lina often takes newcomers under her wing, empowering them to reach their full potential. Beyond the workout area, Lina's influence extends to the thriving Community Garden located just behind our gym. Her active involvement and green thumb have not only beautified our space but also cultivated a sense of unity and ownership among members.
Lina Wright is more than just an athlete; she’s a cornerstone of our community, whose actions inspire and enrich the lives of all who have the pleasure of knowing her. Join us in celebrating Lina’s dedication, strength, and nurturing spirit that make her our well-deserved Athlete of the Month.

CFFP Community Garden:
Spring is here and the CFFP Community Garden is back; just in time to celebrate Earth Day! We are excited for everyone to come enjoy our next event and learn about the plants we are growing this year.
The event will be on Saturday, April 13th from 8:30 to around 10:30 am. We will have story time for the children about environmental consciousness starting at 9 o’clock followed by painting with watercolor using ingredients from nature. So, save the date and bring yourself and your kids to celebrate nature, tour the garden and get creative. You don’t have to be a child to participate in the painting project (or the story time.)
The reward for our work is not what we get, but what we become. Do your best, stay consistent and have fun!
